Billing Policy

We offer an array of supply chain process and technology training courses at no cost to our clients. These "standard" courses are designed to help our customers better understand key planning issues and effectively use selected software tools as they build and support supply chain planning applications. These courses are delivered at SCC designated sites.

Courses requested by clients, whether "standard" in content or customized, as well as all off-site courses are billable. Please contact us at training@supplychain.com to discuss creating a training program to meet the specific needs of your business.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend, please notify us as soon as possible and at least 14 days prior to the start date of the course that you have registered for. You are welcome to substitute another employee from your company at any time before the start date of the course.

A minimum of three participants is required for SCC to offer a given course. Should it be necessary to cancel or reschedule a course, SCC will make every effort to provide 14 days notice. However, we would like to provide fair notice that we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule courses in extraordinary circumstances.

Refunds/Credits Policy

Refunds and/or credits for billable custom courses will be discussed on a case-by-case basis.

Liability Policy

SCC does not assume any responsibility for travel expenses or lost time that may result from cancellation or rescheduling of our courses. In this regard, we strongly advise against the purchase of non-refundable fares or accommodations.
