Bibi Singh oversees integration of SCC's consulting, software, support, training and business development initiatives. She has managed SCC's growth since inception by keeping the organization focused on generating sustainable value for clients, attracting talented professional staff, and maintaining a supportive cultural environment.
She draws on a background in market research, marketing, journalism and international trade. She holds a Ph.D. from Cornell University.
Harpal Singh is the Chief Executive Officer and architect of Supply Chain Consultants' technology vision. Through extensive global experience ranging from high-end business consulting to nuts-and-bolts software implementation, he has refined a process that enables seamless integration of supply chain strategy and tactics. He is recognized as a thought leader, teacher, writer, software designer, and consultant for process change. In addition to years of industry and consulting experience, he has taught graduate and undergraduate courses and run numerous executive management seminars. He holds a Ph.D. in Operations Research from Cornell University.
Sujit Singh, in his role as Chief Operating officer for Supply Chain Consultants (SCC), is responsible for managing the delivery of software and implementation services, customer relationships, and the day-to-day operations of Supply Chain Consultants. While at SCC, he has led major product initiatives at Hexion, Invista, DuPont, and Atheros Communications among others. His industry experience includes work in the semiconductor, chemicals, and glass (industrial and commercial) industries.
Singh is a recognized subject matter expert in both forecasting and Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP). He recently spearheaded and managed the efforts to launch a new S&OP reporting tool known as S&OP Azimuth.
Singh received a Bachelor of Technology degree in Civil Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur and an M.S. in Transportation Engineering from the University of Massachusetts.
He is also certified in production and inventory management and a certified supply chain professional by APICS, the Association for Operations Management.
Edward Smith directs the Supply Chain Consultants European Office. He brings leadership experience in managing product engineering, process engineering marketing and customer service teams for global enterprises. Smith also spearheads the product acceptance team at SCC.
Smith holds an M.S. in Electrical Engineering, cum laude, from the University of Brussels and attended Management School at the Institute for Postgraduate Education of the University of Antwerp.
Walt Northrup leads SCC's product development initiatives and heads the systems organization. He brings more than 20 years of industry experience in applying information technology for business improvement. He has designed and developed software for engineering computations, operations research, on-line process control, and energy management optimization and has managed network engineering support groups.
Northrup holds a B.S. in Mathematics from Clemson University.
Jane Lee oversees the ongoing development of SCC's expertise in all aspects of supply chain planning, independent of software. She is also responsible for continually updating SCC's supply chain best practices, based not only on the various academic theories and methodologies but also, more importantly, upon what SCC has seen work best within our own direct experience as supply chain practitioners and among our many client companies. In addition, Jane oversees SCC's training and assessment offerings.
Jane has over 25 years experience in implementing, supporting, and managing supply chain systems. At DuPont, she created and then ran the Global S&OP process for a billion dollar specialty polymers business. During this time she was called on many times to re-organize the planning functions in a number of sister businesses at DuPont.
Lee has an M.A. in English from the University of Virginia and taught for 7 years before joining DuPont. She is also trained in Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing techniques.
Prior to his joining SCC in April 2004, David Wonderling managed his own public relations consulting business in Washington, DC, and provided public relations services to both corporations and public relations agencies. His clients included companies in the wireless, systems integration, software, and eLearning business sectors. Before starting his own business he held public relations positions with a variety of corporations including Motient Corporation, Contel Corporation, Lockheed Martin, and Siemens Stromberg Carlson.
Wonderling holds a B.S. in Journalism from Ohio University and a M.A. from Central Michigan University. He is accredited by the International Association of Business Communicators.
